On Shivam Dube
Speaking about his performance, he said that after playing a brilliant innings against New Zealand in Visakhapatnam, where he narrowly missed out on the Man of the Match award, the batter made sure to make a bigger impact this time. He added that the way he handled the middle overs helped ease the pressure on the team, and guiding the side to a total of 190 on that pitch was an excellent effort.
On His Own Batting
He said he is pleased with how the team is performing, with almost every batter chipping in. He explained that building small partnerships is important for the team’s success. While one or two players may shine when the match gets close, the team still needs contributions from everyone to put up a strong and competitive score.
Wishing the team all the very best. Hopefully, we’ll see you again in the next edition of the tournament.
